Bavarian Motor Works, commonly known as BMW is a German based luxury automobile company which manufactures premium cars, motorcycles and engines. Founded in 1916, BMW initially produced aircraft-engines and later switched to motorcycle production in 1923 followed by automobile manufacturing in 1928-1929. Fantastic car but 3rd class Dealer

Over the years I have had the good fortune of owning a variety of brands- Maruti, Hyundai, VW, Skoda, Mercedes and most recently BMW 5 series, which undoubtedly is the best driving experience. I like to drive and the 5 series is sheer pleasure. However, BMW’s dealer in Ranchi is not a shadow of who they represent. Here’s my experience: they started on a high note- unrelenting phone calls until payment was collected. They give me a date to take delivery. Since I live in Jamshedpur (about 170 kms from the dealership), to make sure before arriving, I ask for a copy of Temporary Permit (TP). They go -that’s not done yet but ‘chalte hai’- everyone takes delivery without one. I ask how about insurance cover, God forbid, in case of an accident without TP. They say- that’s your risk! Obviously, I postpone the delivery until the following week when they confirm that TP is done. On the day, after a flimsy ritual of (third class) cake cutting ceremony, they hand me the keys with a photo copy of an un-signed, un-stamp

Good car, BAAAAD tyres. No peace of mind.

Very good vehicle. Good mileage, excellent power and delivery, costly to maintain. BUTTTTTT....... Everything is overshadowed by BAAAAD RFT Tyres. Already had 3 incidents including, 1 replacement of tyre, and not completed 25000 km. DONE ONLY HIGHWAY DRIVING. Now am afraid to take the vehicle on long distance drives. Very disappointing. The RFT Tyres seem to be a drastically wrong choice for India, with it's heat. Makes the car UNSAFE and no peace of mind. Always drive with the TPM display in front of you. Maybe the car is meant only for city drives.

Superb New SUV Coupe from BMW

BMW X4 is for those who love driving and styling. Getting both in a SUV is very rare and this is the car where BMW has done a phenomenal job. M sports features are unique in this category. Driving in Sports mode on expressway is a real fun. I have not see such good stability in other SUVs. Acceleration from 0 to 100 in 6 seconds with a good stability is unmatchable. If you are looking for SUV and ready to pay some premium, BMW X4 is for you!
