VXI [2020-2021] (Petrol)
Best for first time car buyers
I have driven Celerio around 30000 kms. In Kolkata city it gives mileage 16-17 kmpl. On highways 20-22 kmpl. Better car than wagonR, Santro, Tiago but lacks in safety and suspension.-

VXI (O) (Petrol)
Was close to death
I was driving my celerio vxi today in the morning and while I was driving suddenly my stearing and brake got jammed but car was running at it's constant speed and then I applied hand brake. I am shocked that why this happened? and I would say that I was lucky because on highway there was no vehicle behind me at that time.-

ZXI (O) BS IV (Petrol)
Best car in the price it is offered
I have recently purchased Celerio ZXI O and let me tell you before purchasing I had done deep R and D. I could have gone for a different car in the price it is offered, but i choose celerio for following reason: 1. Spacious from inside, more leg room. 2. Very comfortable for long distance driving comparing it with (KWID, Tiago, ) driver seats and back seats are really comfortable for city and long distance drive. 3. Engine noise is almost 0 even in quite places you have come close to car to hear that sound.(Compared it with Tiago and KWID) 4. gives me good stability on high as my running is very high for long distance which is on par with Tiago 5. Interior are of better quality than Tiago took a very close look on both the car. 6.Plastic quality is slightly better than Tiago (Tiago will shine now but cannot assure it can take the heat and rains for 4 to 5yrs unless you have a covered car parking. 7.very low maintenance cost and brand value which is still a question mark with tiago as my friends who are using it for couple of months now are complaining. 8. Most important part of choice is after sales Services, cost of parts and maintenance in which Tata does not have good a reputation. Cons: they could have offered a little more powerful engine for better performance otherwise does the job. 2. Seats are thin though it is comfortable however how long will it sustain. 3. While AC switched on we do feel very little lag in power while climbing high hills however does perfect job with AC Switched off.(Cant ask for more in that price) 4. Could have offered a good touch screen infotainment and interior light should have been placed in center. Tata Tiago which i compared is a gamble, i am sure we will use it for at least 5 to 6 yrs hence why taking the risk. Not much noticeable Cons which should stop you buy. Go for it,..... i just love my Celerio-

ZXI AMT (O) BS IV (Petrol)
Don't buy not good
I bought Celerio zxi amt optional. Cannot put a siren for it. So if anyone breaks into it, there is no way to know. Dealers said that Maruti have stopped manufacturing sirens which make noise, so it's pointless putting it. I mean what nonsense? A siren with no noise? Lol. I am disappointed. If only I knew this before I bought it. Even the spare key doesn't come with lock unlock buttons, it's a very low graded car with low graded features. Now a days latest models & companies have keys which you don't even have to put in the ignition. Don't go for Celerio. Buy another company car or a better latest one.-

VXI BS IV (Petrol)
Average Car performance wise, good space.
Have driven this for 58000 km. Tires have worn out, clutch plates, press plates are gone, steering assembly is gone. Huge amount of vibration while pickup in 1st and 2nd gear and to my surprise in reverse gear as well. When AC is on, car sometines goes in limp home kind of mode. Good part: Good space, boot has good amount of space in this segment. Without AC car is as good as swift, in driving. Easy to maneuver in city. Worst part: service centre. Even after getting parts replaced things have remained as it is. But given the price and if you don't have much to travel on a given day and want decent sitting space and luggage space this is a good car.-

VXI BS IV (Petrol)
Value for money on many parameters
Bought Celerio VXI on 21st September 2017. Look of the car is decent. Engine is smooth. Not pretty sure about the mileage, it might be around 18-22 . The plastic used for the interior is slightly of poor quality , they might have improved. The exterior metal sheet of the car is also very light in weight and can easily be pressed by applying some pressure . At least the company must provide some essential features in VXI models such as air bags , fog lamp, center locking.-

First Drive: Maruti Suzuki Celerio DieselSep 11, 2015 01:48 PM
It's a diesel engine that means a lot not just for the Celerio brand but also for Maruti Suzuki as they now have in-house capability to design smaller, fuel-efficient engines. Which means in the...
