Best Car in 1.5CC Segment
Max facilities provided in this model. But in the rear seat, headrests not placed. That was the main drawback except that remaining are good. For booking a car 1-2 months time taking, so in that period if they include customer choices and based on customer choices if company delivers a car that would be better. More customers will add and sales also increases. If necessary take more D/P.-

Safety Zero, Shock Absorbers does absorbs any shocks your body will absorb it
Maruti Vehicles doesn't have any safety features to it, all the cars buildup quality really sucks ,steering in low speed feels like manual steering the company sales support is worst, All Servicing in different companies is done at 10000 km but Maruti distributor will force you to perform the servicing at 5000 km....-

Parts Availability
I really appreciate the design in the point of view of comfort, ride, value for money even performance. At one point it must be well appreciated that if we drive @ 70 KMPH speed, we get even better fuel efficiency than the one declared by the company. However, ONE THING THAT I MUST SAY THAT IF YOU BUY THIS CAR, MAKE SURE THAT IT DOES NOT MEET WITH ANY ACCIDENT OR ANY PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BECAUSE THE COMPANY REALLY TAKES ABOUT ONE MONTH TIME TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT PARTS. I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT THIS TWO TIMES IN A ROW. ONCE WHEN THE CAR WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE FROM A REAR SIDE AND SECOND TIME WHEN A PART FAILED TO PERFORM WELL WHILE DRIVING. Otherwise, its one of the best cars available in this price range. Indeed Maruti Suzuki must improve in services particularly when a part is being ordered. They must understand that if a car is sold, they must make sure that the spares should be available with minimum time frame once they are ordered.-

Comparing Vitara Brezza ZDi and ZDi Plus
It seems there isn't much difference in both Zdi and Zdi plus variants. The latter sports a push start stop button and the first one doesn't.-

Worst car all parts malfunctioning truck
Dear sir, This is the worst vehicle ever driven by me. All parts of the vehicle are malfunctioning. First from delivery of the vehicle it was a continuous problem, all extras were fixed improperly and bumper was replaced. Then I was complaining about the clutch, gear box and steering at every service but the previous advisor told me that all Brezzas are like that only. Then clutch went off and was replaced at 40000 kms. This is the only vehicle where clutch has to be replaced every 40000 kms. Still clutch and gear box are like old trucks. Now trucks are more comfortable to drive and are driver friendly. Now electronic steering which I was complaining every time is detected to be malfunctioning and I was driving like this for past 2 years. Part was ordered and got wrong one. Apart from regular service visits, vehicle was taken to your workshop at least 10 times due to manufacturing defect or improper servicing in the past. Wasted lot of my time and energy. Will not buy any vehicle from you or recommend anyone( which I have done to at least 100 of my friends). Let this be the last one from you. Noisy car doors
I have 2 brezzas, one a higher end model, and i know of a friend who also has a higher end model. Both high end models are about a year old, the lower grade one about 3 years old. In all, the car doors creak while opening like in a haunted house. No amount of servicing and oiling seems to get rid of the creaks and noises-

Pathetic car and after sales service
I have bought Maruti "Brezza - Automatic" with registration no. DL14CE 0863 in September 2018 from "Bagga Link, Patparganj, Delhi. And from day one I am very much disappointed with my decision. On very first day when I took my car for Pooja in Gurdwara, I tried to park the car on the ramp and using back gear to do so but I experience great difficulty as the car was not moving backward on the ramp in back gear. I saw there a YELLOW indicator of the engine on the panel and I had to take help from the Sevadars over there to push the car from front and help to park car on the ramp. Very next day I had made a complaint to the dealer about the same and they have taken a test drive and mentioned this is normal and there is no fault in the car. You need to use hand break and accelerator if you want to park the car on a ramp with back gear and if you see a YELLOW indicator on the screen wait for 5-10 minutes to get the engine cooled and try again. That was the most pathetic answer one can expect from a well renowned car manufacturer in India. I have escalated the matter to Maruti Suzuki about the incident and asked to check the car and resolve the issue. Mr. Anshul inspected my car and found that the clutch was faulty and need to be replaced. It took about 15 days to get the part replaced. But the issue was not resolved, I experienced the same issue after that as well. Then I have escalated the matter to 3rd level escalation (Mr. Balvinder Singh) and then to level 5 to Mr. Raju SIngh but no response from both the guys. It is very much frustrating to followup Maruti 3-4 times a week to listen to the issue and get it resolved. Please do the needful to resolve the issue as soon as possible as it is about a year to followup all the escalation levels in Maruti and I am fed up with the pathetic service from all you guys.-

I bought this car last March.till now I got good experience overall.mine is zdi+ white color.i changed 16 inches alloys to 17 inches.but still it’s gave me nice mileage.if u guys are looking for a low budget compact SUV, I would say go for breeza .-

complaint lodged with company on 24th july but big company just wants to sell vehicles donot bother on customers feelings .
most uncomfortable to drive car. top model has below than ordinary seats. When you test drive they give a vehicle which has cushioned seats but vehicle delievered top model has ordinary seats . The rear parcel tray is always rattling which is a common problem to all customers.-

This car impressed me in a short period of time
I live in America I have Ferrari 488, my parents live in India and I bought it for them. I had been on a 2 month holiday from office to India. This car didn't make me feel as I am missing my Ferrari. Same comfort. Excellent Maruti Suzuki, no words for this car.-

Cheap interior quality
ZDI plus model is the one I was looking after....so I decided to go for a test drive and also drove one of my friends car for a 200 km ride. It was all good the ride handling comfort and the looks ...But when it comes to interior quality thus car is a big let down. I touched the dashboard and pressed it a bit and it was so pliable that not even my alto made me feel that way.... Really flimsy sheets of plastic used in the interior of this car. Contrary to this the S cross zeta which has the same price is bigger and 1000 times better in terms of quality whether u talk about interior or ride comfort. So my question is this if cross can have top notch interior quality why maruti can't give it in their other vehicles of the comparative price range..... In short really really bad interior quality for a 11 lac vehicle....I must use the term WORST....!!-

Overall good value for money
In my view, present model available in the SUV is better but adding features like AMT short Hybrid will make it best increase the mileage also, subject to marginal increase of Rs 20000/- in price. I hope Maruti will take a note of it.-

Good car with a bad suspension
Ive been driving my Vitara Brezza since 2 years now and ive completed 30500 kms . Its a superb car on the high way , feels very stable at high speeds and there’s very less body roll on curves. However, in city with roads full of pot holes, Brezza has the worst suspension. You can feel the entire car go into the pothole and come out of it instead of the tyres going in and out without effecting the body roll of the car much. Cabin of the car is quite noisy as well . You can feel it more in traffic when even after the windows are rolled up, you can hear almost 60 to 70 percent of the outside noise. Overall , for the price point of view, its a good car with a bad suspension for bumpy roads.-

Amazing car, good experience!
I had wanted to upgrade to a decent car for quite some time, but couldn’t go forward with it until recently, due to a lack of time. One day, while browsing through the internet, I chanced upon some Maruti car models and the Vitara Brezza caught my eye. The car had some impressive features, such as high-speed alert, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, SmartPlay touchscreen, and so on. Its fuel efficiency seemed good too, and users left good reviews about it. Finding that the Brezza on road price was well within my budget, I booked a test drive. I soon got to take a look at the car in a nearby showroom and ended up buying it.-
