The Platina 100 by Bajaj Auto is a commuter offering that sits above the entry-level CT100 and CT110 models. The motorcycle is a basic, no-frills machine that is available in Kick Start and Electric Start versions. Bajaj has also equipped the 2021 version with knuckle guards to add value to the package. The motorcycle is targeted at consumers who are looking for a commuter motorcycle that is rugged, easy to ride and frugal to own. The styling of the new Bajaj Platina 100 ES has been kept similar to its previous version Platina 100 KS. The commuter is 2006 mm in length, 713 wide, and 1100 mm in height. The saddle height is 807 mm which fits perfectly for most of the riders. The LED DRLs on the headlamp units, newly designed indicators and mirrors, comfortable longer seat, two new colour options - cocktail Wine Red and Ebony Black along with silver decals makes the commuter attractive and conventional. The instrument cluster is basic and functional, which shows all the necessary information to the rider.

The frame, exhaust and grab rails of the Platina are painted in black, while the engine crankcase and wheels are finished in silver. The rest of the design is pretty basic and Bajaj has maintained a very conventional look.
